All material listed and pictured on this site are copyrighted by the manufacturers and only CT Performance has received the rights to use this material. CT Performance reserves the right to adjust shipping costs and product prices at anytime and may void sales that infringe on the manufactures pricing policies.
CT Performance Diesel at times may collect data from the users. This information is for internal use only and will not be shared with third party companies. However CT Performance reserves the rights to post any information submitted to our company by phone, email or direct mail, this information includes but is not limited to images, comments and product reviews.
Pricing & Order Processing:
All product prices are based off US Dollars. Purchases made outside of the US or by using any other form of currency will be converted before fund transfer. All orders are processed by our merchant account provider and at no time is your personal information handled by an individual. Any Information collected is encoded and transferred directly to our credit card merchant using a secure method to provide extra protection against fraud.
Should an error in pricing or shipping cost occur, the user will have up to 5 days to report the mistake. After this 5 day limit all costs are considered final and will not be adjusted in any way. Users may report this by contacting our office in either the USA or Canada.
Shipping:
All orders placed on ctperformancediesel.com are shipped within 24hrs or the following business day. Orders placed on weekend or scheduled holidays will be processed the next scheduled business day, if this is to exceed a maximum of 3 days CT Performance will have automatic notifications that are sent out allowing you the user to be aware of the extra delay.
All orders will be shipped using UPS with a standard rate of Ground shipping. Alternative shipping methods may be selected, users should be aware that by requesting a quicker shipping method that costs of shipping may increase. Any orders that are offered free shipping are shipped using UPS Ground Services and cannot be upgraded without having to pay for the shipping rates.
Returns:
No merchandise may be returned without a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) from CT Performance. All shipments approved for return must be prepaid, insured, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. A 15% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise ordered in error or returned opened. A 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise not returned in original resalable condition, including manufacturer’s original packaging and paperwork. All shipping and handling charges are at the customer’s expense.
Should a product failure be the results of a defect from the manufacture CT Performance honors all warranties issued by the manufacture at no cost to the customer. Products must first be returned to CT Performance before any steps will be taken. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility and not that of CT Performance or our Distributors. In some cases CT Performance may find it to be quicker to ship the product directly to the manufactures facility and may instruct the customer to do so. Products that can be fixed or updated will be returned in the original condition, only in special cases will a new product be shipped to replace the defective product and is the judgment of the manufactures and not that of CT Performance. No replacement product will be issued without first receiving the defective product back to our facility.
